I wondered because were I just left, we were using AT&T Accuwan here in the US
and Canada and we looking to encompass our European, Far East and Australian
sites but last I heard AT&T Unisource was it, but AT&T was ending there
association with Unisource because of the BT deal. Our problem was (is) with 
AT&T
was,  a constant runaround, missed dates, etc...
