  I MMUUSSTT STRONGLY disagree.  Where we are, one of the partners in
the largest BP in town is married to the person in charge of compliance
at the branch!!! I am not saying this partner is un-qualified but we
continually get customers that they tick off and we have lost only one
to them in 6 years.  If the branch is in charge we get dumped for sure
and they are LOCKED IN.

  Two of the other local BPs are mostly ex-IBM as well.  I can count on
one hand the number of references given to us in 7 years from our
branch, and these are from the CEs.

  Surely we are not the only ones in this or similair position, and you
can see that cronyizm would rule if this were allowed.

  If there is any certification it MUST be done EXACTLY the same for
EVERYONE and administered by a dis-interested third party.  In addition,
the testing must be reliable and statisitically valid.

  As for the price, Everything is more expensive out there (I'm not
telling you anything).  The tests are only $150 here.
