I'm talking about NON-government conferences and technical expos as well!  

Yeah, I know how gov does procurement...but to see IBM presenting EVERYING
BUT THE 400 at their expos is just without explaination or justification.

Given your logic, they shouldn't be here at all!  ...so answer me this,why
promote everything BUT the AS/400?????
