Rob,
Buck is on the button re the data structure being initialized, hence, the first
eight positions are initialized to X'40'. If memory serves me correctly ( not on
a machine at the moment ) you can overcome the problem by specifying the INZ
keyword on the DataStructure line, as opposed to specifying it for each field in
the data structure. This means that the individual fields are initialized, as
opposed to the data structure.
