As the table name Q50003797 is not valid, I doubt (hope) that no one
reports finding one on their system.  What I suspect is really wanted
is table Q500697037 which would be a conversion from code page 500 to
code page 37 using character set 697 (better known as CCSID 500 to CCSID
37).  Now I do not know the wrkdstq code well, but generally the system
constructs the table name on the fly by knowing what it has (500 in the
case of SNADS) and what it needs (the CHRID of the display device).  As
such I suspect that the CHRID of your current *DEVD has gotten messed up.
Please make sure the CHRID of your display is 00697 00037.
