I'm sure that IBM offers training in your area (or I would hope they
do!). Also I am aware of cassette-based training courses that are
available as well.

        Our LAN Network administrator needs to have some formal training
in terms of A/S 400 operations. 
        Is there any university, college, or 'training provider' for A/S
400 Operations?
        Any good book to take a look other than IBM mamuals?
        We are located in Boston, MA.
