Brad, John's answer is correct, but I've found a sometimes gotcha. For long alpha parms, (I'm not sure what the threshold is) if you don't "fill" each byte of the parameters, the first part of the next parm sometimes gets placed at the end of the parm before it. The parms always start with the right data, it's just that sometimes it ends with stuff.
