My personal preference is for files, opcodes, named indicators and
other "system" type objects are uppercase and variable names and bifs
are mixed upper and lower case.

for instance:

C               EVAL      TotalAmt = TotalAmt + BillAmt
C               EVAL      *IN20 = (SubF1RRN > 0)
C     CustKey   SETLL     XCUSTMST
C     CustKey   READE (E) XCUSTMST          
C               DOW       %error = *off

etc..
