× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Maybe via your user profile, but that's wierd:  See below.

CAPS
    Specifies whether the source text, find string, and change string that
    you enter are in uppercase only or in mixed case.  The initial value
    depends on the source member type and your user profile.  In a Browse
    display, the initial value is OFF.

It says the initial value is dependent on the type of source member you are
making.
