Try Shift-F1 to set session defaults.  Rollup to the second screen and
change the following value to N.

 Default to uppercase input
   for this source type . . . . . . .   Y            Y=Yes, N=No

This is simple trival SEU question. I tire of always going to the
command line in SEU and type set caps off. Is there a way to set this as
the default?
