Best of luck at your new job!  

You mentioned wanting to get more involved in mentoring.  I
put some references together for the mentoring programm at my
Toastmasters club.  The links below have good info, I also have
a copy of a *really* impressive newsletter (20 pages) on
mentoring from The Peer Resources Network (they happen to be
in Victoria, BC).

If you would like a photocopy of it, let me know where to
send it.  (It says material can be copied for educational
purposes, and I consider mentoring to be educational for
all involved!)
