GOOD NEWS!

They utilities are FREE! There is a PRPQ, but is a free PRPQ and the 410
version can be downloaded from http://www.softmall.ibm.com:80/as400/qshell/
in the downloads section, the options there at the moment say they are for
V410 but can be used with V420. The actual PRPQ can they be ordered for V420
just make sure you uninstall all the links when you put it on the system.
