OK Already, It ain't gonna work. The address you have assigned to your AS/400 will not be known by the ISP the PC is connecting to. Because of this the ISP will never route any packets back to the AS/400 even if the PC manages to send AS/400 packets to the ISP. The only way to get this to work would be if the PC is running some type of software that does NAT (Network Address Translation) and I have not seen any PC software to do this (yet).
