Add something like this to the signon screen:

MSGLINE      400   O 18  1MSGID(ZEN 9999 ZECUTL/ZENMSGF)  
                          COLOR(WHT)                      

Add a message similar to this:

Message ID . . . . . . . . . :   ZEN9999                                      
Message file . . . . . . . . :   ZENMSGF                                      
  Library  . . . . . . . . . :     ZECUTL                                     
                                                                              
First level Message . . . . :   ZEN9999                                       
Second level message:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
--| 
                  Welcome to the Zenith Sales System                   
                                                               
  |---------------------------------------------------------------------------

You'll have to play with the spacing.

Apparently there is a little trick that if the first level text matches the
msgid, the second level text is used instead.  (Probably learned that thru
this list)
