I believe ERWin has a AS/400 schema generator. I have an eval copy in my
office, but I haven't had the time to look at it.

Haven't seen many _true_ data modeling tools for the /400.  The various
CASE
tools take a stab at it, but fall short because their forte (and focus)
is
lower CASE.  There used to be a product called "The Visible Analyst"
that
would actually create DDS, but I don't remember who wrote it and haven't
seen
it in so long it may no longer be around.  IEF was supposed to come up
with a
/400 interface at one time, but don't know if they ever followed through
after
TI sold that division.  Sorry, not much help, but a couple of places to
look...
