OK, I give....

We just got a new 600 and evidently the new policy from Roch is to NOT
config the ECS lines....that's one of the new surprises that's being left
up to the customer....and CE's are LOATH to come in and do it...and until
it's done the damn ECS won't work....

OK, guys, what's the quickie solution to doing the ECS config remotely
when you don't have the installation paperwork or any non-qsecofr/qsrv
passwords avail?  I can do anything on the box but get the ECS config'd...

CE says to run CFGCNTINF...no such command....guess it's time to call
support line and find out what else I should have RTFM'd....and used to be
base install functionality...
