We have been using ERWin from LogicWorks for years.  I believe it is the
most popular data modeling
tool out there.  It is a great product, easy to learn and use.  Also,
integrates well with DB2/400, with both forward 
and reverse engineering.  I think anyone still using DDS and CL commands to
define and maintain their databases needs to get a life.   ERWin saves us
days if not weeks of work during the database design process of a project.
