The client access console is ONLY for console usage.  You can't assign a
temporary drive to the AS/400 to download files needed for service pack
install.
You must configure a 'normal' AS/400 for Win95 connection from the PC to
the 400 to use it as a managing system to apply a service pack, or
connect to the IBM site http://www.as400.ibm.com/client and download and
apply the service pack directly to the PC, or create the service pack
install diskettes from another attached PC and use those to install the
service pack.
