Gary,
  Go to Client Access Properties, click the Remote Command tab. Add an 
authorised user.  Then, either check the "always start daemon" box, or 
manually run CWBRXD from a DOS window to manually start the daemon.  To 
stop it, open another window and run CWBRXDSD.  The PC output from 
RUNRMTCMD will go into a spooled file on your 400.  Be aware that this 
facility is best used for running DOS batch files; things that produce 
little or no output like xcopy, etc.
