RUNRMTCMD

Hello,

Has anyone used the RUNRMTCMD from their AS400 to run commands on their pc
or a NT server?  If so is there anything special you have to do to get it to
work?  I have tried both the server and my pc and I get an error that says
the remote location is refusing an connect operation.
