Comments on the black-box covers, I thought the two piece cover on our 310 was annoying because you had to very carefully fit it just right and then jiggle it a bit for it to fit, then we got our S20. It's a bad joke. I did think it "funny" at the COMMON expo in New Orleans that it looked like over a third of the 400s I saw ( including the ones in IBM area ) had their back covers either off or they weren't on correctly. Also, there is a fix for the inner covers on the 620s and S20s that cover the port cables.
