     I had to support a system called TeleMagic at a prior employer that 
     was used for telemarketing automation. Seemed quite flexible. Sorry I 
     can't remember who markets this system.

Is there any products which provide SFA(Sales Force Automation), 
Telemarketing, or Call center solution for AS/400?  I cannot find such 
products other than from IBM especially in Japan.
