RE: SFA/CTI related products for AS/400

Thank you very much for your response. I could find out an integrated
SFA product, ActionWare400, on Appintec's web page. But it seems to
support only English.

By the way there are a lot of SFA/Call center related products worldwide
such as Siebel, Vantive, Scopus, Clarify, Aurum, and so on, which are
all UNIX or WindowsNT based products, and also most of them supports
Japanese language. I don't know why there is few such products for
AS/400. That's a proof of  AS/400 is a minor platform in the computer
world today?
