The best front end for Query Management is either Query Management or Query.  
If you use Query then you can do a RTVQMQRY and RTVQMFORM.  This is how you can 
'decompile' Queries.  Be sure to prompt on it and use F10 for all parameters.  
There is also the ANZQRY to tell you what might not come across.  There are 
some gotchas about the size of your source physical files, but I've got to get 
back to work.
