Hi Wynn,
The key to effective use of RLU (which I love!) is to take the time so set up a
printer file using RLU, and every step you perform along the way, jot down a one
sentence line in sequence from start to finish telling you how you did it, then
keep this notepad document somewhere in your PC, therefore when you have to do 
it
again all the steps you wrote down earlier will be accessible for you to help 
you
throught the current session, then after a while you won't even need your
notes....(but .. I always need mine!)
