Looks like I've got the PC side covered with WinZip.

However getting the file from tape to the IFS seems to be a problem due to the
nature of the file (binary, stream - no record lengths...). I sure hope this
doesn't turn into a requirements at Fall Common that IBM provide/enhance (CPY) a
direct data path from tape to IFS.
