Don,

I am not sure why you think we don't handle multi-splf xmits of unlike
overlays. Perhaps I am mis-understanding what you are doing.

You want to send splf-a to fax number 123-4567 with overlay puchord
and splf-b also to fax number 123-4567 with overlay invoice. And you
want these 2 splf's to keep their respective overlays and be sent as 1
transmission.

No problem. We do that. In fact, we do it such that you don't have
to do anything. This is all handled automatically on the server
itself. And is not limited to spool files. You could send the above
2 splf's and if at the same time, somebody sent a MS Word document,
they all 3 would be sent in a single transmission. Even if all 3 did
not happen at the same time. Say the splf's get sent within seconds
of each other. But your server is backed up (due to volume). If
before the 2 splfs get sent, somebody sends the word doc, then it will
be included in the transmission also.

Is this what you are doing? If not, can you give me specifics?

Regards,
Bob Crothers

HECK NO! If I get my feathers ruffeled over a listserver it's REALLY
time
to get a life...:)

But, since you don't allow multi-splf xmits of unlike overlays, you
don't
make the cut...sorry... Quadrant does...which saves my clients tons
in
long distance charges...:) After all, aren't computers SUPPOSED to
SAVE
us buck$?? :)

Don in DC metro...
