Don,

YOU might have decided that quadrant is the only choice, but I have 
several hundred customers who would argue with you.

If your suggestion where to be followed, we'd all be programming on 
our System/3 model 15d's (not that that was a bad system).

When was the last time you checked out Quadrant's competition?  Such 
as Fax Server/401.  Not only do we have a much richer feature set, our 
installs are much simpler, our support much better, and our prices are 
lower.

True, Quadrant has a much bigger marketing machine.  But so does 
Microsoft.  That doesn't make them "better".

Seems like we should add the fax comments to a FAQ somewhere...It 
would
appear that in the past several years we've all basically decided that 
the
quadrant product is far superior...but these question keeps coming up
every 2 months or so....

Nice thing is that the answer doesn't take much research...:)
