New Client Access Service Pack

Anybody else installed the new service pack for V3R1M3 (SF48155)?  I'm
using TCP/IP and my session now hangs just before the sign-on screen.  I
get a Communication Check message 657 (normal) then a message 658, which
according to the on-line help means " Initializing the TCP connection
for Telnet5250 (5250 session)".  The 658 stays there forever and the
sign-on screen never appears. Choosing disconnect/connect from the menu
gets you a sign-on screen.  By The way, I uninstalled the service pack,
reverting to the previous S/P, and it connects no problem, right
away....
