Eric,
Just remove the JOBQ entries from QINTER subsystem description.
You (probably) don't need JOBQ's to be attached to QINTER.
If you don't want to remove the entry, you can change the value of
MAXACT of the entry to 0 (zero) using CHGJOBQE command.
