Or you could buy a very affordable 170 series and accomplish the same
thing.
While costing a little more up front I think you will be better off in the
long run:

1.) You can stay within the industrial strength of DB2 for OS/400
2.) You will be scalable
3.) You will be reliable
4.) You can use Data Propogator as your delivery and apply vehicle
5.) etc.

The 170 series is a phenomal price/performer and can be started at a
relatively
low cost......
