Chuck - I had a client of mine that was using Lotus Notes with Domino as a web
server.  His sales force connect via internet and enter sales info and
forecasting.  I can't remember the actual sales automation program but Lotus
has a ton of business partners listed on their site.

Now that Domino is being released for AS/400's, someone might check out Lotus
Merchant.  I have no personal experience but have heard good things from
people I trust.  More details via www.lotus.com, go to the Domino link.
