I'm yet myself on V4R1, so I'm not sure. I set this up on several PCs last week. It works very well. Seems faster than the V3R1M2 CA client (ODBC is a LOT faster). Device names and printer sessions function as expected. The V4R2 CD did not have the latest CA service pack (which contains the device name support), so I had to download it separately.
