We are  using WINAPPC  From Synapse . We find it works well ,  it t
provides   5250  emulation through telnet . The 32bit version  also
supports   TCP/IP   with its own TCP/IP Printer Daemon.   For our
Windows3.1 Clients we use Winappc for terminal emulation  and NIPrint for
printing.
