I'm not sure.  I have not added any filter rules to the firewall for
DNS.  Where would I be able to find them?

The firewall does resolve names from my ISP's DNS fine.  If I change my
Win95 DNS settings to the AS/400's interface address instead of the
secure port of the firewall, I can't view any web pages.

Yes, that's what it is.  I'm going to give IBM a call today on this.
