Every week I run a advert I get every PC programmer wanna-be, every person who ever heard of a H-1 visa and a computer, etc., sending me their resume's....frankly, the talent's not going to come out of the woodwork until the buck$ are there. We've already seen ads here in DC offering $150k/yr for AS/400 pgmrs...that's 75/hr...add margin markup and you can figure going rates now and where they're going!
