I don't know of any per se industry accepted tests.  I know of a couple of
companies that are using a test that they wrote...which do a decent job of
weeding out the termites and bottom feeders down on the food chain...

There are a coupld of "certifications" floating around but the only ones
I've seen so far regarding RPG require a substancial knowledge of the
newer ILE languages, which 98% (SWAG number) of all shops are NOT
using...so it's not a fair indicator as to how good the person may or may
not be....
