It is already PTF'd for V3R7, but not yet V3R2 or V4R1 (target is 2Q98).
Check info APAR II10918 (SNDPTFORD II10918) for updated details.

For V3R7 you need:

Also make sure you have the latest Service Pack for 5763-XD1 V3R1M3,
which is SF46891.
