I was also not notified about the free network station. When I asked, they said that they just had to place a separate another order with the system. As for V4R2 being free, IBM just announced that a few weeks ago. Actually they waived the fee for all customers that were holding V4R1 licenses as of 2/27. From what I understand, anyone still on V3 will be able to upgrade to V4R1 without incurring the additional Licensed Program fee, or Upgrade to V4R2 and have to pay for both.
