Vendors (was UserID for a specific subsystem)

You're welcome.  A former vendor notified me about his a week ago.  My 
question is, WHY DIDN'T MY CURRENT VENDOR TELL ME ABOUT IT???  Also, why 
didn't my current vendor tell me that V4R2 was a FREE upgrade.  Am I the 
only one who isn't being informed about these "specials"?

Eric, thanks for the tip.  I did ask our vendor about it a
couple of weeks ago, he finally found out that a form
had to be filled out.  We should be getting it soon.
