Hello, Rudolf.

I admit that I might have been a tad unfair to IBM in my previous comments 
about the difficulties with reporting problems to IBM, although I have had a 
recent experience which closely resembles the scenario I had described. To be 
fair, I did report the problem to IBM yesterday and received a prompt call back 
from a knowledgeable IBMer who took all the particulars and promised to search 
for a PTF.
