MI Programming

There are no callable APIs to provide a dump of the symbol table.  If
you need this ability, then MI is the way to go for now (and as far as
I know, in the future for that matter).  APIs are provided to debug
OPM (and ILE) programs (assuming that's why the symbol table is wanted),
and are described in the Debugger APIs chapter of the System API
Reference.
