Nope, it don't work on my machine, which is at security level 30.  I get
some kind of PL/I error, but I can't remember which.  It may be because I
don't have the System/38 utilities on my machine.  Doesn't matter anyway,
there are four options that I (now) know of for a compiler:

IBM lists the source code for two in one of the API manuals.  The first is
very simple, just a CL program, but can only compile about 25 lines of code.
The second, more complicated, but removes the restriction.

There are also two compilers listed on the News3x/400 web site.
