I agree with the other comments on the F02, you'd be _MUCH_ better off on a
150 or 170.  If Y2K compliance of the O/S is all you're worried about, try an
Advanced/36.  One of my clients moved to one about nine months ago from a
maxed-out 5363, and have been quite happy with both the ten-fold performance
improvement and the 50% increase in DASD.
