I like it.  Eliminates SEU as the editor, and allows for additional charge 
add-ons
like off loadings preliminary syntax check compiles.  One would be able to cost
justify an add-on feature like this by the labor cost of waiting for compiles.  
You
may want to see if SDA could be replaced as part of the base ADTS.
