Try this. Go into the Communication, Configure section of PC5250
session and reselect the system name to connect to. Using TCP/IP this
will probably (but not necessarily) be a longer name - like
myas400.mydomain.com).
If you've changed the connection method it appears PC5250 won't find the
system even if the name is the same, unless you go and reselect the
'System name'.

        Subject: CA Win95 trouble?

        Hello,
We have a F50 AS400 at release V3R2 and we have CA for Win95
working
(slowly) with the NS Router linkup.
If we switch our CA Win95 <> AS400 linkup to be - IPX - or -
TCP/IP -
then we cannot get the PC5250 or the AS400 Graphical access to
work,
even though the client apparently links to the AS400
successfully. We
are getting 'The network protocols returned error code 001703"
or
        "Unrecoverable communicator error occurred"
        Any suggestions richly appreciated.
