There are a number of problems relating to CA 95/NT losing track of connections
and defined systems.  I've found the principal problems relate to registry
entries and mutiple users signing onto the same machine and 95/NT setting up 
user
profiles.  Also sometimes changes between environments also cause the same
problems.
