The DOS version of PerleTalk -does- work with Win/95...  We have several
dozen people using Win/95 and the DOS version of PerleTalk.  But...

Some of the newer Plug'n'Pray modems assume too much, and don't use the
'traditional' interrupts and addresses for modems.

We've talked some of our users through manually re-locating their modem
addresses and interrupts, but it's not pretty by remote control.

If you're having any other problems, I'd be glad to see what can be done
about them.
