× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

David,  The new option only works if the (service) program already uses a named
AG.  It will not allow you to go from *CALLER to a named AG.  As long as you
compile all your programs to run in (say) TEST as the AG, and then use CHGPGM
to switch them to (say) PRODUCTION later, it should work OK for you.
