Nope !

FILERCVR created and enrolled in system directory and sent files via
SNADS to it,                 then had a program receive the file and
submit a job to process it.  I THINK the key was that the job had to be
submitted under a user profile that had *ALLOBJ authority, and that for
some reason you couldn't use QSECOFR.  Then again, it's been a while
since we stopped running that and my brain could be fried.  :-)>
